One job, from your plan to the reply
You say what, where and who
Write the job, choose the site and the equipment it needs, and choose who does it. It gets a short number that is never used twice.
At 05:00 it reaches the worker
The job goes to that worker on WhatsApp: its number, and your own recording in the language the worker speaks.
The answer comes back by voice
The worker answers in their own language. You read it translated, on that job, and the recording is there to play whenever it matters.
Your sites and equipment, by the names your people use
Add each site once, by the name your people already use for it, and the same for your equipment. After that, you pick them from a list for each job.
Choose “Landscaping” when you sign up, and the screens say “site” and “equipment” from then on.
Getting a new person started
Add the person and set their language. They agree from their own phone, and their first job follows.
