What a person agrees to
No work is sent to a person until that person agrees to being recorded. These are the words they agree to, and this is how they answer.
How the person is asked
Ask the person out loud first, in a language they understand. Then the question reaches them on WhatsApp, on their own phone, in their own language.
The message carries the words below and two buttons. The person answers with a tap.
WhatsApp does not carry every language in a message with buttons. In those languages the person agrees with a code instead, sent back from their own phone.
Nobody can agree for somebody else. There is no box for a manager to tick instead.
The words, in each language
This is the whole of what a person agrees to, word for word. It is the same in every business.
English
I agree that the business may record my voice, and that the recording is sent out of South Africa to a computer service in Europe, which turns it into writing so my manager can read it. I can withdraw this at any time.

Answered with a code, because WhatsApp has no buttons in this language.

After the person answers
The answer is kept as the record: the number it came from, the words it answered, and when it arrived.
A person who does not agree is sent no work, and can agree later.
The person can withdraw at any time by telling the business. It takes effect from the next message, and what was said before is kept.
